Dr. Gursewak Singh Grewel
Veterinarian
Dr. Singh earned his Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc & A.H) degree in 1982 from Punjab Agricultural University in Punjab, India. He later completed his Master’s degree in Veterinary Pathology at the same institution in 1997. From 1982 to 2006, Dr. Singh practiced as a mixed-animal veterinarian. In 2007, he passed the National Examining Board and obtained his license to practice veterinary medicine in Canada. He co-founded Bayview Park Animal Hospital in 2012. Dr. Singh’s professional interests include small-animal general surgery and medicine. In his free time, he enjoys long walks, biking, and spending time with his family and grandchildren.

Lusia
Veterinary Technician
Lusia is a dedicated veterinary professional who brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and academic rigor to the team at BP Animal Hospital. She holds an HB.Sc from the University of Guelph, where she is currently pursuing a Master of Science, and she completed the academic requirements for her Veterinary Technician Degree through Penn Foster. With over four years of hands-on experience navigating high-pressure environments at various emergency and referral clinics, she is highly skilled in providing calm, compassionate care to animals when they need it most.

Veterinary Assistant / Receptionist
Helena graduated from the Veterinary Assistant program at Seneca Polytechnic in 2024 and is now continuing her education at Seneca in the Veterinary Technician program. She is deeply devoted to her work and passionate about animal care, always eager to expand her skills and knowledge in the field. Outside of her studies, Helena enjoys spending her free time with her beloved pet bunny, Ralphie, who keeps her company and brings a lot of joy to her everyday life.

With over seven years of hands-on experience, she has worked closely with pets of all sizes and temperaments, always striving to make each visit as calm and positive as possible. Jessica takes pride in supporting both animals and their owners, understanding that a little compassion and patience can make a big difference. Her love for animal care shows in everything she does, from gentle handling to reassuring worried pet parents.
